At Elliegantly Made, every cake, cupcake and sweet treat is handcrafted to order in our award-winning East Yorkshire bakery using carefully selected, quality ingredients.

We believe our customers should have clear and accessible information about the products they enjoy. This page has been created to provide detailed ingredient and allergen information for our range of cakes, cupcakes and edible products.

Our recipes are made using premium ingredients, including free-range eggs, British butter, quality vanilla products, fruit fillings and carefully selected decorations. As many of our products are bespoke and individually created, ingredients and decorations may vary depending on the design, flavour and customer requirements.

Allergen information is provided for each product, with allergens highlighted in bold. If you have a food allergy, intolerance or dietary requirement and require further information, please contact us before placing an order and we will be happy to help.

Please note that all products are made in our home bakery kitchen, where allergens including cereals containing gluten, milk, eggs, soya, nuts and peanuts may be present.

Whilst every care is taken to minimise cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens.

Fondant Decoration

Ingredients: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Potato Starch, Vegetable Fat (Coconut, Palm Kernel), Water, Xanthan Gum, Flavouring, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Emulsifier (E466), Citric Acid. Royal Icing Ingredients: Icing Sugar, Water, Dried EGG White, Glycerine.
